On the sunny hills of Faugères, our vines capture the essence of this exceptional terroir. Schist soils, with their ability to retain heat and drain perfectly, give Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan ideal conditions to thrive.

50% Grenache Noir, 30% Carignan, 20% Syrah

Our vines are tended using environmentally respectful and BIO methods. Syrah, Grenache and Carignan are cultivated without chemicals, prioritizing biodiversity.

After careful manual harvest, our grapes are destemmed and vinified with particular attention. Temperature-controlled fermentation preserves the fruity aromas.
